I read this book on the beach under my beach umbrella and I enjoyed this book from the first page to the last.
This book made me love astronomy, physics and quantum mechanics.

What I like in SCRUM is its simplicity, I strongly believe that when it comes to software development complexity must not be managed but must be lowered, always.
This is true for the code but it is also true for the organization around code, the reason for this is simple and is called "the Conway's law".
What I like in this book is how the scalability issue is addressed: not all the companies need to scale and in order to scale you have to simplify.
This framework is not hard at all to implement, the hard part is to find yourself in the situation where you really need it and to build a culture in your organization that can support this framework.
