The author keeps repeating herself.
More than half the book is "pick everything out and throw away everything you haven't used in the last x months" repeated and restated in every possible way.
Definitively I didn't like it.
I pushed myself reading till past the half but I coulnd't finish as I agree with Individualfrom (www.goodreads.com/review/show/1904799036) and others.
