I've read several Grisham novels, and I think he's a great writer. But this time, even if I loved most of the characters, and I've been thrilled by some of the chapters, I'm a bit disappointed by the way the story unfolds. I mean, it seems to me that a big part of the plot is simply, well, "told" me by the narrator - that, instead of showing me all the scenes and the action, prefers just let me know about them.
Anyway - I don't mean at all this is an unpleasant novel, of course - and as usual dialogs and legal/criminal implications are great - but I just found it not as page turning as most of the previous works of this great author.
