Review for the book 'Building a Second Brain' by 'Tiago Forte'

First part is meant for people who are completely disorganized in their lives and it basically tells you to take notes. (Wow!)

Second part is about the PARA method. Sounds good, I might give it a try.

Later sections seem like filler material

The final section about "strong tagging system" is just one page that tells you to visit his website /bonuschapter where you are supposed to subscribe to the email - newsletter (haven't I already paid with €€€? Why do you want my data?) and then wait for an email that contains what should just be inside the book already.

Overall I would not recommend this book to friends 🤷🏽‍♂️

This a different approach to enhancing your workflow and allowing you to recall information to fuel your creativity using the technology around us. This approach might not work for everyone but I think everyone can take something away from it.

Actually useful

Self help books are hit or miss, with a lot of misses and pompous practitioners. This has already made a difference and helped me quiet my scattered mind. I'm looking forward to growing with it and seeing what becomes possible.
